We want you to love your purchase

Items that are in unworn, original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an online credit, store credit, or exchange, minus the cost of our initial shipping to you, regardless of any shipping promotions that are extended to you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store/online credit, your item must be in original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or store/online credit, please email for Return Form.    


Exchanges and Credit 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange or online/store credit.

Deal of the Day

Deal of the Day items may not be exchanged or returned. Sorry, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.


Items usually will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If we find any delay in processing your order we will reach out to you immediately. Free shipping applies to initial outbound shipping only. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be applied to your online credit.

To return your product, you should mail your Return Form and product to: 57 N 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19106.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed between the Wednesday, November 27 and Wednesday, December 25 are eligible for extended exchange/credit if post marked by January 10, 2020. All other orders fall under the regular return policy.
